Rapidise Strengthens Integrated Engineering and Manufacturing for Vision and Embedded AI Products

Rapidise, an Indian deep-tech original design manufacturer, has bolstered its engineering and manufacturing capabilities for camera, vision, IoT and Edge AI products. The company offers an integrated product-development framework encompassing electronics design, embedded firmware, application software, AI integration, mechanical engineering, testing & certification, and scalable manufacturing.

Rapidise has developed a broad portfolio that includes dash cameras, body cameras, surveillance cameras and video doorbell. Its connected-device portfolio also includes BLE beacons, IoT gateway, sound boxes, Telep tablet, access-control system, in-vehicle infotainment system, RISE modules, Edge AI box, DVR solutions and other intelligent electronic products.

All Rapidise products are engineered and manufactured in India using indigenous innovation. Designed for demanding applications, they combine power-efficient performance, advanced imaging, Edge AI processing, long-lasting battery life, rugged reliability, and seamless connectivity.

These products are engineered for applications requiring continuous video capture, multi-channel recording, intelligent monitoring, event detection, local processing, connectivity and real-time operational visibility. Product configurations can be adapted to meet varying environmental, performance, mechanical, storage, power and deployment requirements.

Under its white-label product solutions, Rapidise enables customers to customise hardware architecture, embedded firmware, software applications, AI capabilities, industrial design and technical specifications. This allows brands and OEMs to build on validated product platforms while retaining control over product differentiation, system performance and market positioning.

“Camera and vision products require close integration across optics, electronics, embedded software, AI processing, thermal design, validation and manufacturing,” said Brijesh Kamani, CEO, Rapidise. “Our engineering model brings these disciplines together within a unified development and production ecosystem. This helps customers reduce integration complexity, improve design maturity and accelerate their go-to-market journey by enabling a more efficient transition from concept and prototype development to validation, certification and volume manufacturing.”

Rapidise manages the complete product development to mass manufacturing process in-house, including component sourcing, supply-chain planning, PCB assembly, prototyping, engineering validation, product validation and mass manufacturing. Its infrastructure includes multiple SMT and assembly lines, dedicated R&D laboratories and flexible production systems designed to support both product development and volume ramp-up.

“Customers today expect manufacturers to deliver faster without compromising visibility, quality or control,” said Ashish Chinthal, CBO, Rapidise. “Our in-house AI capabilities enable faster, customised inspection across PCBs, assemblies, packaging, barcodes and QR codes, while our configurable MES provides real-time monitoring, controlled workflows and 100% traceability at scale.”

This integrated model reinforces Rapidise’s position as a deep-tech ODM, enabling brands and OEMs to move vision, IoT and Edge AI products from concept to commercial scale with reduced risk, faster market entry and confidence.

Rapidise will showcase its products at electronica India South in Bengaluru from 16–18 September 2026, highlighting its work across vision, embedded AI, IoT and connected hardware.
