Tejas 625 SOM can be used in a variety of applications, including Computer Vision, Security & Surveillance, Healthcare & Telemedicine, IoT Gateway, Industry 4.0, Smart Cities applications, Telematics & Transport, Energy monitoring, and Agritech, thanks to its dual standby LTE + Wifi connectivity. Having the Android 9.0 platform, It makes any application development robust and rapid. Rapidise TEJAS 625 SOM supports USB Type-C (Charging + Data Transfer), GNSS (GPS/ GLONASS/ BeiDou), 8 x GPIO (Using GPIO Expander), 5 x I2C (Using I2C Multiplexer) and many more interfaces.

Rapidise TEJAS 625 SOM 2.0 is built-in to support advanced wireless technologies, be it 4G LTE & Cat 6, Wi-Fi 2.4GHz and 5 GHz, BLE 4.2, and GPS Glonass, BeiDou, Galilo.

It supports 16GB eMMC with 2GB LPDDR3 , 32GB eMMC with 3GB LPDDR3, 64GB eMMC with 4GB LPDDR3 and on-board 256GB of external memory
